Squishy toys are designed for gentle sensory and fidget play only and are not indestructible. Avoid excessive squeezing, stretching, twisting, puncturing, rough handling or contact with sharp objects, as this may cause splitting, leaking or permanent damage.
These toys are not suitable for children who may bite, chew or place items in their mouth. Surface finishes, paints and internal materials are not intended for oral contact or ingestion.
Adult supervision is recommended for younger children. Discontinue use immediately if the product becomes damaged, torn or punctured. Normal wear and tear from use is expected and is not considered a fault. We only replace items deemed faulty on arrival — damage caused during play or misuse is not covered.
