The shapely model is a further development of the popular free-flight model Lilienthal 32, which has always achieved very good placements in the youth competitions. With the Lilienthal 40 RC, expansion with remote control is no longer a problem. The fuselage offers enough space for 2 micro servos, receiver and battery. A suitable servo board, linkages and Bowden cables are already included in the kit. The model can also be built as a pure free-flight model and the RC components can be retrofitted at a later date. A high start hook is also included in the kit. As usual from aero-naut, all parts are precisely laser cut. The leading edge of the model is already milled into shape - no grinding work is necessary here. The wing is glued together with pre-formed balsa pieces with the help of support ribs.
